Happy Snow Day!

What a productive week here at Highwater Family Studios!

Monday - I worked on the Private Placement Memorandum document for our future investors.

Tuesday - I wrote the Operating Agreement for Have A Seat Movie LLC, which is the investment entity for our new film. Then we celebrated my 45th Birthday as a family!

Wednesday - I filed Have A Seat Movie LLC with the Feds and the State of Oregon.

Thursday - It snowed! We played, laughed and took pictures in the winter wonderland. Then I hired Blastoff Studios to do the formatting and graphic design of our 100 page Business Plan. It's going to look sweet with all that data and legal mumbo jumbo.

Friday - Payday and Posts! I got to pay my girls for marketing and pay myself for being extra productive this week amongst snow, birthday and putting my creative brain in a blender to focus on all the non-creative tasks that needed to get done. That's why I love filmmaking, every day is different! Plus, I get to experience it with my family!
