Merry Christmas from Seth, April, Adalie, Kylia, Zoie and Leilani!

We have lots to share in our last newsletter of 2021, so stay with us until the end. This year has been monumental for our family. In May our dream came true and our first movie, THE DELIVERANCE OF AMY STRONGHOLD, premiered on a major platform, Pure Flix, May 1st and one week later April's dad entered heaven and our world forever changed. In July we launched Highwater Movie Club and for the first time began managing the financing of our films ourselves. By October we moved to Sherwood, OR to support April's mom and continue to build our movie ministry to 24 monthly supporters and 109 contributions, raising $19,264.09 in six months. On October 25, 2021 we released our first devotional video teaching, Beautiful Light Devotionals by April. Our fifth devotional premiered today on Highwater Movie Club, YouTube and Facebook!

That's approximately 60 minutes of Biblical teaching! This week I finished post-production on THE DELIVERANCE LIFESTYLE, which is 2 hours of teaching for Small Groups on how to truly live a life of freedom in Jesus Christ and in the community, inspired by Amy Stronghold. Thank you to all who gave this year! I am so proud of the 3 hours of finished content that's ready to be distributed to the world in 2022. My prayer is for these 3 hours of videos to be like a net that will spread wide and gather a mighty catch for Jesus. Our prayer for all who gave is that you would experience an abundant blessing in all areas of your life for sowing into our family's movie ministry. Thank you!

Every month we honor one of our monthly supporters and this month's Clubber of the Month is (drum roll) Matt and Angela Derksen! The Derksen's have been a foundational part of our lives for decades. They live only 10 minutes from us now and have made us feel so welcome since arriving in Oregon, from axe throwing double dates to creating our graphic art for our company. Even Matt's daughter Lily has been creating the cover for Zoie's upcoming novel and Matt has been working with me creating concept art for our next movie, SO YOU WANT TO MARRY MY DAUGHTER, take a look below! April and I were so thankful to be able to drop by their home spontaneously and give them a squeeze and this special ornament we found, which may or may not find it's way into our next film. (I think a dad should have a throwing axe handy when meeting young men who are interested in their daughters, don't you?) I am excited to start writing our screenplay in January.

Adalie leaves for Jordan December 22nd and as an act of worship and reflection she created a video with her phone, Psalm 29, which little did she know, is the Psalm that inspired the name, Highwater. "The Lord sits enthroned over the flood; the Lord sits enthroned as king forever." Psalm 29:10 - Remember to pray for Adalie while she's away on mission. Thank you to all who gave to her. She is truly grateful.

Finally, what you've all been waiting for! The Sneak Peek of THE DELIVERANCE LIFESTYLE available on digital in January 2022! This is the Introduction and will be followed by twelve sessions. It's designed for Small Groups and we are so excited to hear the testimonies roll in!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! We'll see you in 2022! We are so expectant for our future, because we have Jesus! He came as a baby, showed us how to live a lifestyle of deliverance, died and rose again so we can be together as a family in heaven! I know where Lonnie is (April's dad), he's in heaven experiencing his first Christmas! Wow, what a sight that must be! What gives me and my family hope is that we know we'll soon be there too. But until then...we have movies to make for the glory of Jesus! Thank you for joining us on our incredible faith journey!
