Hello Highwater Fam!

Spring is here and so is our Business Plan for Have A Seat Movie, LLC! Fun Film Fact: We create a new LLC with each new movie. It gives us a clean set of books and allows us to parter with investors and other producers without breaking up our family company, Highwater Entertainment.

Pray for our team as we begin to pitch our project to private accredited investors who love Jesus! We'll use our First Look to cast vision! Then we'll give them our Business Plan with all the details. The final step is for them to read our Private Placement Memorandum with all of the nitty gritty legal details. Pray for divine appointments and the discernment to decide who to partner with in business.
