Introducing The Highwater Project: A Vision of Revival in the Pacific Northwest

We envision a vibrant center of faith and creativity:

A 3,000-seat auditorium to unite believers from across the Pacific Northwest, an area yearning for the light of Christ.
A state-of-the-art movie studio, equipped with the latest StageCraft technology and resources for Christian filmmakers dedicated to proclaiming His word.
A garden and multipurpose theater offering a serene environment for reflection, surrounded by God-honoring performances, eateries, and shops.

Imagine witnessing a baptism in the river after a transformative theatrical experience, or participating in retreats that rejuvenate the spirit through adventure and rest.

A Call to Build Together

For over 25 years, my wife April and I have served in the Christian film industry. Today, inspired by a vision God planted in our hearts during our college days, we're ready to build a legacy of faith-based media.

This past year alone, we've raised over $80,000, enabling us to prepare foundational business and marketing tools. We're now poised to expand our impact with your help.

How You Can Participate

We're inviting up to 35 non-accredited investors to join our mission who are willing to invest $2,000 or more. Whether you're a long-time friend or a new ally in faith, your investment can play a pivotal role in bringing this vision to life. With an investment cap set by the SEC, everyone can contribute meaningfully.

Investors will enjoy the first 120% of the profits, followed by an equitable 50/50 split for the lifetime of the shares purchased. Our detailed business plan, prepared with third-party financial projections, outlines the promising potential of our first three faith-based films for a total budget of $3.2M.

Next Steps

Upon reaching our initial goal of $50,000 from the thirty-five, we will launch our funding round on the SEC-approved portal, Wefunder, aiming to raise up to $5 million annually to bring our full vision to fruition, with an unlimited amount of investors with a minimum investment of $100!
