🎬Exciting times are upon us! The SEC has just updated regulations for our private offering, opening new doors for Highwater Entertainment. This change means that we are now more accessible to investors of all levels who want to become founding members and help fulfill The Great Commission through the power of filmmaking!🎥

We are thrilled to invite both non-accredited and accredited investors to join our mission at Highwater Entertainment:

Empowering artists and impacting movie audiences worldwide by partnering with Jesus!

To be eligible, investors should be able to purchase a minimum of one share per month at $100 per share for one year.

Payments can be made in increments of $100 per month, $300 per quarter, $600 semi-annually, or $1,200 annually.

Our Highwater Movie Club members will have the first opportunity to transition from giving monthly to investing. Even those currently contributing less than $100 a month via Highwater Movie Club will be able to participate! With no longer being limited to 35 non-accredited investors, the sky's the limit for what God can do! If you're interested in investing, simply reply to this newsletter and let me know!💌

On Mission

Kylia comes home from Camp Tadmor tomorrow for one week before she flies to Ghana, Africa, to board the ship Logos Hope and serve as a missionary for one year! Please pray for our family as we cherish this time with her. We are so proud of her commitment.🌟
