The Criteria for Investing in Highwater Entertainment

Dear Future Investor,

We are thrilled to invite both non-accredited and accredited investors to join our mission at Highwater Entertainment:

Empowering artists and impacting movie audiences worldwide by partnering with Jesus!

To be eligible, investors should be able to purchase a minimum of one share per month at $100 per share for one year.

Payments can be made in increments of $100 per month, $300 per quarter, $600 semi-annually, or $1,200 annually.

Investment caps are as follows: investors with an annual income under $100k can invest no more than 5% of their annual income, and those with an annual income above $100k can invest no more than 10%. There are no caps for accredited investors. These criteria, set forth by our Manager Seth Himes in accordance with SEC regulations, are designed to safeguard investors against high-risk investments.

Upon investment, participants will enjoy an initial return of 120% of profits, followed by an equitable 50/50 split for the lifetime of the shares purchased. Our comprehensive business plan, entitled “Have A Seat Movie,” includes third-party financial projections highlighting the promising potential of our first three faith-based films. With a medium revenue projection and industry-standard distribution costs, the Company anticipates (though does not guarantee) a Production Company Share of Receipts totaling $7,019,555, with $4,769,778 available for Cash Return to Investors—an impressive ROI of 127%.

Highwater Entertainment has proudly served the faith-based film industry for over 25 years. Our inaugural feature film, "The Deliverance of Amy Stronghold," was funded through donations and is distributed worldwide by Sony’s Great American Pure Flix and Vision Video. Together with its accompanying Bible Study, it is now poised for an impactful new marketing campaign, further enhancing returns for our valued investors.

With our lead accredited investor already on board and over $15,000 in pre-sales for our next film, "So You Want to Marry My Daughter," we are prepared to commence production and advance the development of our cinematic series, "Jesus & John." Additionally, we plan to launch our Highwater Streaming App worldwide and partner with theaters for distribution! We eagerly await the final investors to join us on this transformative journey!
